Working for Avon remotely has given me the flexibility to live a balanced life and spend more quality time with my family. Avon has changed my life and got me to the point where I do not need to look for other work. I am able to provide for my family, pay my bills and live comfortably every day.

With a dedication to supporting each of my 200 team members and a distinct passion for my work, I run team training calls, offer 1-2-1 mentoring and support, and even launched my apprenticeship leaders group to help new reps become their own bosses and lead from the front supporting their own teams.
